Had a great time with my friends! We loved the outdoor infinity pool and the full-service spa. Breakfast was well organized and set us up for our adventures. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable!

We had an issue with the airport pickup. It was confirmed, but we ended up waiting with no updates from the hotel. They said the car broke down, which was disappointing.

Spent one night in a forest view room and it was lovely! The staff are super friendly. Shoutout to that guy who helped clear my breakfast plates. he’s doing an amazing job! Also, the towel art from Thanasekara was a delightful surprise! The dining options were great, but the pool area was a bit crowded at times.

Great activities for kids, but room Wi-Fi could be better.

The fantastic food at the all-day dining restaurant, especially the gourmet pizzas, made every meal a delight. Service was top-notch. staff were always courteous and caring, creating a homey atmosphere. However, the front desk's slow response times were frustrating, and the lack of beach access was disappointing given the beautiful riverside location. Expanding the dinner menu would enhance the dining experience further.
